    Can I earn points in-store?

    Yes. Points can be earned on eligible purchases made both online and in-store, provided your purchase is linked to your registered Blowes Plus Rewards account at the time of purchase.

    Please note: Points may not appear in your account immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for your rewards balance to update before attempting to redeem points.

    Do birthday rewards depend on my tier?

    Yes. The value of your birthday reward is based on your current Blowes Plus Rewards tier. To learn more about the benefits available at each level, please visit VIPs Earn Even More.
    To be eligible for a birthday reward, your membership must be active, and your date of birth must be added to your account profile at least 30 days before your birthday.

    Birthday reward values, eligibility requirements, and offer conditions may vary by tier and are subject to the current Blowes Plus Rewards Terms and Conditions. For more information, please refer to the program Terms and Conditions.

    How do I redeem my points?

    To redeem your points, simply log in to your Blowes Loyalty account. Available rewards and redemption values will be displayed in your account, as well as during checkout.
    When placing an order, you can choose how many available points you'd like to redeem and apply the selected reward to your purchase.

    A maximum of AUD $40 in rewards can be redeemed per transaction. Any unused points will remain in your account and can be used on future purchases, subject to the Blowes Loyalty program terms and conditions.
