Grab a flexible measuring tape. If you don't have one, a piece of string and a ruler will do the trick.

Wrap the tape or string around your head, placing it approximately 12mm (1/2") above your ears. Ensure it is level and firm, running across the temple and just above the eyebrow ridges.

Note the circumference in centimetres. For example, a measurement of 57cm is a Size 57.
