Measure close to the body with a fabric tape measure or use a similar style garment to ensure the most accurate measurements. Due to design and production diversity, dimensions and fits may vary.
Measure the garment straight across along the top edge with the front and back aligned. Double the measurement.
Measure the front of the garment at the fullest part of the hip. From one edge, pivot the tape measure to the centre front to the opposite edge for total circumference.
Lay the garment flat, measure along the bottom leg opening from edge to edge, then double the measurement.
