Can I collect my order in store?

If in-store collection is available, you can select your preferred location during checkout. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with collection instructions. Please wait until you receive this notification before visiting the store.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and include any original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable.
Please note: Made-to-order, personalised, or customised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
For information on eligibility, return options, and timeframes, please refer to our Returns Policy.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to the size guide on the product page for the best fit advice. Sizing can vary between brands and styles, so be sure to review the product measurements, fit details, and any brand-specific sizing information before making your selection.
