Size Guide R.M.Williams Men's & Women's Boots

R.M. Williams Men's & Women's Boot Size Guide: Measure and Convert Your Size

How to Find Your Perfect Fit

A proper R.M.Williams fit should be snug at the ball of the foot and across the instep, with no pressure felt at the toe cap, because this part does not change when worn. Despite the boots' slightly cupped back, some heel lifts may occur when walking. The leather used by R.M.Williams is of premium quality and will not stretch over time, but it will adjust to the shape of your foot as you wear the boots. Keep this in mind when checking your measurements against the R.M. Williams size chart. If it feels tight, go up a size.

Measuring Guide

A step-by-step guide on how to find your perfect size (in millimetres (mm).

Follow these easy steps to get the right size. For the best fit, wear the socks you would usually wear with boots.

  • Step 1 Place your foot on a piece of paper. Mark the points at the back of the heel & big toe. Use a tape measure to measure the length in-between. This will give you boot size.
  • Step 2 Measure around your foot at its widest point (just behind the toes). Wrap the tape measure around your foot completely. This will give you your width measurement.
  • Step 3 Do the same for the other foot.
  • Step 4 Match the width & length measurements of your larger foot against our size chart. If you're in-between 2 fits or sizes, go with the larger one.

Men's product measurements

When selecting your size, please note that R.M.Williams men's boots are crafted using men's UK footwear sizing. Men's boots can come in a range of fittings:

     • F = Narrow
     • G = Regular
     • H = Wide
     • X = Extra Wide

Each fitting within the same size varies by approximately 0.64cm or 1/4” in foot width. To find your ideal fit, please refer to the ‘Width' columns G, H, X.

Women's product measurements

When selecting your size, please note that R.M.Williams women's boots sizes are the same for AU and US sizing.

     • D = Regular
     • E = Wide

Each fitting within the same size varies by approximately 0.64cm or 1/4” in foot width. To find your ideal fit, please refer to the ‘Width' columns D & E.

Amazing service

"I recently completed two online purchases as I couldn’t find what I was after in Sydney. The staff at the Bathurst store were incredibly helpful over the phone & my packages arrived really quickly. I will definitely drop in next time we are driving past. Thanks team."

— Rebecca L. (5/5)

Best Mother’s Day gift

"Mum was thrilled with her new boots. Usually a size 7(eu38) I ordered the 7. 5 in RM Williams sizing and they were perfect. Blowes are great to purchase from, the boots were packed and sent the next day and they even provided a small information card on how to look after/care for the boots. This wasn’t my first purchase from them and definitely won’t be my last, and always great to support a family business too!"

— SIOBHAN H. (5/5)
