R.M. Williams Men's Boot Size Guide: Measure and Convert Your Size

Product measurements

When selecting your size, please note that R.M.Williams boots are crafted using men's UK footwear sizing. Men's boots can come in a range of fittings:

     • F = Narrow
     • G = Regular
     • H = Wide
     • X = Extra Wide

Each fitting within the same size varies by approximately 0.64cm or 1/4” in foot width. To find your ideal fit, please refer to the ‘Width' columns G, H, X.

Measuring Guide

A step-by-step guide on how to find your perfect size (in millimetres (mm).

Follow these easy steps to get the right size. For the best fit, wear the socks you would usually wear with boots.

  • Step 1 Place your foot on a piece of paper. Mark the points at the back of the heel & big toe. Use a tape measure to measure the length in-between. This will give you boot size.
  • Step 2 Measure around your foot at its widest point (just behind the toes). Wrap the tape measure around your foot completely. This will give you your width measurement.
  • Step 3 Do the same for the other foot.
  • Step 4 Match the width & length measurements of your larger foot against our size chart. If you're in-between 2 fits or sizes, go with the larger one.

The Comfort Craftsman is a harder wearing take on the our classic 1960s boot, with the same signature chisel square toe, goodyear welt and elastic sides. Updated for comfort and ease of daily wear, this boot has a comfort innersole and durable rubber sole, which holds up well against wet weather conditions and can be replaced easily, giving this style a longer life cycle. The Comfort Craftsman is crafted by hand in our Adelaide workshop, from a single-piece of suede. As with all of our leather boots, it's constructed by our skilled craftspeople, using over 80 time-honoured techniques and processes.
