Since 1936, Blowes has valued long-term relationships with our customers. Blowes Plus Rewards is our way of recognising that loyalty.
By participating in the Blowes Plus Rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership
Membership is available to customers who create a Blowes customer account.
Points can only be earned and redeemed when purchases are linked to your registered account.
Membership is free and may be cancelled at any time by contacting our team at customerservice@blowesclothing.com.au
2. Earning Points
Members earn:
1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are calculated on the pre-GST subtotal of your purchase.
Points are not earned on:
- GST
- Shipping charges
- Gift cards
- Adjustments or manual credits
- Any other excluded promotional items as determined by Blowes Clothing
Points are automatically added to your account once your order has been completed.
3. Points Expiry
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Each purchase generates points with its own 12-month validity period.
Points not redeemed within 12 months of the original purchase date will automatically expire.
Ongoing purchases and redemptions will help maintain your active balance; however, unused points attached to individual transactions will expire after 12 months.
Expired points cannot be reinstated.
4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards as displayed in your rewards account.
Points:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be transferred to another person
- Have no monetary value outside the program
Rewards may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates.
Blowes Clothing reserves the right to substitute or modify available rewards at any time.
5. Returns & Adjustments
If a purchase is returned or refunded, the points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance.
If points have already been redeemed against a returned item, Blowes Clothing reserves the right to adjust your points balance accordingly.
6. Tier Status
Blowes Plus Rewards includes tier levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum).
Tier qualification is based on eligible spend over a rolling 12-month period.
If the required spend level is not maintained, your tier status may adjust accordingly at the next review period.
Tier benefits may change from time to time.
7. In-Store & Online Purchases
Points can be earned both online and in-store, provided the purchase is correctly linked to your registered account at the time of transaction.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure purchases are linked to their account.
Blowes Clothing is not responsible for points not recorded due to purchases not being linked at the time of transaction.
8. Birthday & Promotional Rewards
Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year to eligible members.
To receive a birthday reward, members must:
- Have an active Blowes Plus Rewards account
- Provide their date of birth in their account profile
- Have entered their birthdate at least 30 days prior to their birthday
Birthdates added within 30 days of a member’s birthday will not trigger a birthday reward for that year.
This requirement helps ensure the rewards are earned legitimately and protects the program from misuse or exploitation.
Birthday rewards:
- Are valid for 2 months from the date of issue
- Cannot be extended beyond their expiry date
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
Blowes Clothing is unable to manually issue birthday rewards where eligibility requirements have not been met.
9. Promotional Rewards & Bonus Offers
From time to time, Blowes Clothing may offer promotional rewards, including but not limited to:
- Double points events
- Bonus point campaigns
- Limited-time reward vouchers
- Free shipping promotions
Promotional rewards:
- Are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion
- May have limited validity periods
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May be modified or withdrawn at Blowes Clothing’s discretion
Blowes Clothing reserves the right to determine eligibility and qualifying purchases for promotional campaigns.
10. Program Changes & Termination
Blowes Clothing reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend or terminate the Blowes Plus Rewards program at any time
- Adjust points balances where errors have occurred
- Cancel or suspend accounts found to be misusing the program
Any changes will be published on this page.
11. General Conditions
Points are not property and may not be sold, transferred or assigned.
Participation in the program is subject to these terms and any additional conditions communicated by Blowes Clothing.
