I purchased a pair of R.M.Williams Comfort Lady Yearling Boots from Blowes online. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (my fault) and notified Blowes straight away. The staff (especially Leonie at the Mudgee store) couldn’t have been more helpful. I posted the wrong size back and as soon as stock was available Blowes posted back the correct size. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. Oh and I absolutely love my new RMs too!

I’ve tried on and been fitted at RM for sizing, sizing variation in these boots have been horrible, these are super tight. The first pair of boots came with defects, blowes were very helpful and rectified this instantly.

Perfect boot for me and arrived without delay.
Has very noticeable defect in leather which is probably why my size was available and the only size left. Unfortunate the defect was not noted on sale. I am, however very comforted that RM Williams boots will fix in future if need be.
Such a lovely boot and so pleased Blowes offers larger sized comfort yearlings.
