Do you offer Click & Collect at all locations?
Absolutely. You can purchase your items online and select your preferred store for Click & Collect. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up at any of our five locations.
Where can I buy an Akubra hat?
Akubra hats are available for in-store purchase only. Please visit any of our stores to browse our extensive range and get fitted for an Australian icon.
Do you offer suit tailoring or wedding party fittings?
We specialise in outfitting wedding parties. We recommend calling your nearest store to book a time so one of our team members can give you dedicated time to find the perfect 'formal but friendly' look for your big day.
What is your return policy for in-store purchases?
We want you to be 100% happy with your gear. Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and you have your receipt.
