1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Blowes Clothing Pty Ltd, ABN 64 649 761 026, with stores located in Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo, Mudgee and Wagga Wagga, NSW, Australia.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The promotion commences on 1 June 2026 and closes at 18:00 pm AEST on 31 August 2026.
2.2 The prize will be drawn at 10:00 am AEST on 1 September 2026.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over. The Promoter may request proof of age and eligibility from the winner following the draw. By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 Employees of Blowes Clothing and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Eligible customers are automatically entered into the promotion when they make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period. No separate entry form is required.
4.2 To be eligible for entry, customers must be an active member of the Blowes Plus Rewards loyalty program at the time of purchase or sign up to the Blowes Plus Rewards loyalty program at the time of purchase. Entries will not be awarded retrospectively for purchases made prior to membership activation.
4.2.1 For in-store purchases, eligible entrants must provide and maintain a valid email address and contact phone number linked to their Blowes Plus Rewards loyalty account at the time of purchase in order for entries to be recognised and recorded automatically, and for the entrant to be contactable if selected as a winner.
4.2.2 For online purchases, customers must use the same email address associated with their Blowes Plus Rewards loyalty account for eligible entries to be recognised and recorded automatically. Customers must also provide a valid phone number and maintain accurate contact details in order to be contactable if selected as a winner.
4.3 Entries are awarded based on eligible completed purchases only. Customers will receive one (1) entry for every full AUD $400 spent in a single transaction during the promotional period.
4.4 Entries are calculated per individual transaction only and do not accumulate across multiple purchases. Any spend amount below a full AUD $400 threshold within a transaction does not carry over to future purchases.
4.5 Examples of entry calculations include:
(a) Spend $399 = 0 entries
(b) Spend $450 = 1 entry
(c) Spend $800 = 2 entries
(d) Spend $801 = 2 entries
(e) Spend $1,200 = 3 entries
4.6 If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned (in full or in part), or deemed ineligible, any associated competition entries relating to that purchase may be removed or adjusted at Blowes Clothing’s discretion.
4.7 Where a return or refund reduces the original transaction value below an entry threshold, the corresponding entry/entries will be forfeited.
4.8 Examples of adjusted entries following returns include:
(a) Spend $800 = 2 entries
(b) Return a $300 item → adjusted spend = $500 → customer drops to 1 valid entry
(c) Return entire order → all entries removed
4.9 Customers may make multiple qualifying purchases during the promotional period and will receive additional entries for each eligible transaction.
4.10 Examples of multiple qualifying purchases include:
(a) Order 1: Spend $450 = 1 entry
(b) Order 2: Spend $300 = 0 entries
(c) Order 3: Spend $850 = 2 entries
Total = 3 valid entries
4.11 Eligible purchases must be made directly through any Blowes Clothing retail store location – Orange, Bathurst, Mudgee, Wagga Wagga or Dubbo, or via Blowes Clothing’s official website at www.blowesclothing.com.au during the promotional period.
4.12 Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to eBay, marketplace integrations, or other external sales platforms, are not eligible for entry.
5. Prize Details
5.1 Major Prize (1 winner) Estimated Total Value: $7500 AUD
5.2 Flights
5.2.1 If the winner resides in Australia: the prize includes return economy flights for two (2) adults from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Adelaide.
5.2.2 If the winner resides outside Australia, no international airfares are included as part of the prize. International winners are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to Adelaide, South Australia, including but not limited to international flights, visas, passports, travel insurance and any other associated travel costs not expressly included in the prize.
5.2.3 Domestic flights will be booked by Blowes Clothing and are subject to airline availability.
5.2.4 Travel must be completed within 12 months of prize acceptance and is subject to blackout periods, including Australian school holidays, public holidays, Christmas/New Year periods and other peak travel dates as determined by Blowes Clothing and prize partners.
5.2.5 Travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Blowes Clothing is not responsible if the winner’s preferred travel dates are unavailable.
5.2.6 No cash alternative will be provided for unused portions of the flight allowance.
5.2.7 Flights will be booked on the lowest available standard economy fare available at the time of booking, as determined by Blowes Clothing.
5.2.8 Once flights have been booked and confirmed, any changes requested by the winner, including changes to travel dates, passenger names, missed flights, cancellations, or failure to board, will be the responsibility of the winner, and any associated costs will be payable by the winner.
5.2.9 If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight schedule, Blowes Clothing will work with the winner to rebook alternative flights where reasonably possible, subject to airline policies and availability.
5.2.10 Blowes Clothing is not responsible for costs arising from missed flights, late arrivals, personal schedule changes, failure to obtain required travel documentation, or any circumstances outside its reasonable control.
5.3 Accommodation
5.3.1 Two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Louise in the Barossa Valley for two (2) people (one room), including full a la carte breakfast for two each day, pre-dinner drinks and snacks, four-course set menu dinner with regional paired wines for two each night, in-suite mini bar replenished daily, use of lodge facilities - gym, pool & sauna. Subject to availability, not valid in Festive or public holiday periods. Valid Sunday - Sunday stays, 1 year from issue.
5.4 R.M.Williams Factory Tour (Adelaide)
5.4.1 R.M.Williams factory tour for two, including 2 pairs of R.M.Williams boots.
5.4.2 The R.M.Williams factory tour is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
5.4.3 The factory tour operates on weekdays only between 9:00am and 2:00pm and is not available on weekends or public holidays.
5.4.4 Blowes Clothing will coordinate travel bookings with the winner, R.M.Williams and The Louise to align all prize components, including scheduling travel dates that accommodate factory tour availability where possible.
5.4.5 If the R.M.Williams factory tour becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Blowes Clothing’s control, Blowes Clothing reserves the right to substitute the tour component with an alternative R.M.Williams product of equal value.
5.4.6 If substitute boots are provided in place of the factory tour, the maximum retail value covered by Blowes Clothing will be AUD $699 per pair. If the winner selects a boot style exceeding this value, any additional cost will be payable by the winner.
5.5 Airport Transfers
5.5.1 Airport transfers from Adelaide Airport to The Louise (Barossa Valley accommodation)
5.5.2 Transfer from The Louise to the R.M.Williams factory (on return trip to Adelaide)
5.5.3 Transfer from R.M.Williams factory to Adelaide Airport.
5.6 Promotional Store Credit
5.6.1 $1,000 Blowes Clothing promotional store credit redeemable online or in-store. The promotional credit is valid for 12 months from issue, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.2 Travel prizes must be booked and taken within 12 months of the draw date, subject to availability and blackout periods.
6.3 Flights, accommodation, and experiences are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
6.4 The winner is responsible for any additional costs not expressly included in the prize.
6.5 Blowes Clothing recommends winners obtain their own travel insurance and is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, injury, loss or damage incurred during travel.
7. Draw Details
7.1 The draw will take place at Blowes Clothing, 204 Summer Street, Orange, NSW 2800, at 10:00 am AEST on 1 September 2026.
7.2 One (1) winner will be selected at random.
7.3 The winner will be notified via phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of initial notification, Blowes Clothing reserves the right to redraw the prize and award it to a new winner.
7.5 If required, a redraw will take place at Blowes Clothing, 204 Summer Street, Orange, NSW 2800, at 10:00 am AEST on 15 September 2026.
7.6 The first initial, last name and postcode of the winner will be published on the Blowes Clothing website and official social media channels within 30 days of the draw.
7.7 If a redraw occurs, the first initial, last name and postcode of the redraw winner will be published on the Blowes Clothing website and official social media channels within 30 days of the redraw.
8. General Conditions
8.1 Blowes Clothing reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
8.2 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation
8.3 By entering, entrants agree to receive communications from Blowes Clothing for the purpose of administering this promotion, including winner notification and prize fulfilment communications.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Blowes Clothing’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of administering this promotion.
