How to Measure Your Feet for the Perfect R.M.Williams Fit

For the most accurate results, we recommend measuring your feet while wearing the socks you would typically wear with your boots.

  • Step 1 Measure Foot Length: Place your foot on a piece of paper and mark the points at the back of the heel and the tip of your big toe. Measure the distance in millimetres (mm) to determine your base size.
  • Step 2  Measure Foot Joint (Width): Use a tape measure to find the circumference of your foot at its widest point, typically across the ball of the foot (just below the toes).
  • Step 3 Compare Both Feet: It is common for one foot to be slightly larger than the other. Always match your measurements against the larger foot.
  • Step 4 Step 4: Consult the Chart: Match your length and width measurements against our AU/UK, US, and EU conversion table below to find your specific size and fitting.

Understanding the Fits: F, G, H, and X

Unlike standard footwear, R.M.Williams offers specific widths to ensure an anatomical fit:

  • F – Narrow: For those with a slimmer foot profile.

  • G – Regular: The most common fitting, suitable for the average foot width.

  • H – Wide: Designed for broader feet, providing extra room across the ball and instep.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • $10.00 Standard Shipping fee on all orders under $150.00
  • $12.95 Standard Shipping fee with Signature Required on Delivery on orders under $150.00

Customers have the choice to pay standard or express post rates.

International Shipping Rates
  • All goods shipped to New Zealand incur a flat fee of AUD $30.00 and are sent express air freight. 
  • Goods shipped to all other overseas locations incur a flat fee of $AUD50.00 and are sent express air freight
  • All items have an Australia Post tracking number

Oversize Parcel Surcharge

While we offer complimentary standard free shipping within Australia on orders over $150, please note this does not apply to Oversize Parcels. These parcels represent a select group of products which are larger or heavier than our standard shipping dimensions.

International deliveries for these parcels are made via air courier to ensure fast and secure transit. Reflecting the premium and expedited service required for these items.

The following surcharges will be applied:

  • Within Australia: An additional $35.00 per parcel.
  • To New Zealand: An additional $90.00 per parcel.
  • Rest of the World: An additional $175.00 per parcel.

These additional charges are necessary to cover the increased shipping requirements for these items. We strive to provide the best possible service and ensure your product arrives in excellent condition. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns
The cost of returns and exchanges will be at the customer's cost.  If goods are returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

GST / TAX 

Prices include GST for Australian purchases.

International orders are supplied exclusive of local taxes and duties, which may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. 

New Zealand: As of 1 April 2026
