Domestic Shipping Rates
- FREE standard shipping in Australia on all orders over $150.00
- $10.00 Standard Shipping fee on all orders under $150.00

Shipping Times
- East Coast Standard Shipping is generally 2–4 business days.
- Western Australia Standard Shipping is sent by train and generally takes 5–6 business days.
- East Coast Express Shipping is generally 1–2 business days.
- Western Australia Express Shipping is sent by air and should arrive within 1-2 business days, however it may take 2–4 business days depending on Australia Post delivery timeframes.
- Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day Monday to Friday.
- We ship daily Monday to Friday through Australia Post.
- All parcels are sent with an Australia Post tracking number.
Customers can choose between Standard Post, Express Post, and Signature Required delivery options at checkout.
- All goods shipped to New Zealand incur a flat fee of AUD $30.00 and are sent express air freight.
- Goods shipped to all other overseas locations incur a flat fee of $AUD50.00 and are sent express air freight

Oversize Parcel Surcharge
While we offer complimentary standard free shipping within Australia on orders over $150, please note this does not apply to Oversize Parcels. These parcels represent a select group of products which are larger or heavier than our standard shipping dimensions.
International deliveries for these parcels are made via air courier to ensure fast and secure transit. Reflecting the premium and expedited service required for these items.
The following surcharges will be applied:
- Within Australia: An additional $35.00 per parcel.
- To New Zealand: An additional $90.00 per parcel.
- Rest of the World: An additional $175.00 per parcel.
These additional charges are necessary to cover the increased shipping requirements for these items. We strive to provide the best possible service and ensure your product arrives in excellent condition. We appreciate your understanding.
